Mobile art parties and paint and sip style workshops… I come to you, we have a fantastic time painting, then I take the mess away with me, leaving your guests with smiles and their own unique artwork! Now also available at Paper Jam, Kaiapoi, the perfect funky creative space!
A perfect entertainment solution for birthdays, hens nights, double date nights, workplace team building and corporate events. Have a party in the comfort of your home, or the convenience of an agreed venue, such as Fools of Desire Cafe in Rangiora.
Each party or workshop can be tailored for your event.
Art Parties for Kids
$40 NZD per participant, minimum booking of 4
Perfect for a creative kids special birthday! We start with some warm-up speed painting games to get the fun and energy flowing, then finish with a special artwork for each guest to take home.
For the special artwork you can choose between:
‘All About Me’- 16 inch round black canvas, filled with paint marker doodle art that represent each child’s individuality.
‘My Happy Place’- 12 inch x 16 inch rectangle white canvas; an opportunity for open creativity in creating a dream scene, with final details in paint markers if time allows.
‘Blobble Monsters’- 12 inch x 16 inch rectangle white canvas, filled with a rainbow myriad of ‘blobbles’ that then become unique little characters.
Suitable for children 5yrs-12yrs.
No experience or art equipment required, table space for each guest must be provided by you and a hard floor or tarpauline on floor is recommended. Genavieve Amyes Artist takes no responsibility for accidental damage caused by stains or spills. Drinks and food are provided by yourself.
Art Parties for Teens and Adults
$60 NZD per participant, minimum booking of 4
Perfect for teen and adult events such as birthdays, hens nights or date nights… you bring the fun (age appropriate) drinkies and I will bring all the art gear to have some creative fun. We start with some warm up speed painting games, and finish by having a go at portraiture on 12 inch x 16 inch rectangle canvases. The birthday person, the hen or your date will make an excellent subject for your portrait! Come prepared to just give it a go and have a laugh!
This one can be in the comfort of your own home, or at a venue such as Fools of Desire cafe where the drinks can be served to you, and you could perhaps go out for dinner or more entertainment after.
Suitable for teens and adults of all ages.

Workshops
$70 NZD per participant, minimum booking of 4
All the fun of an art party but a little bit more serious about the art. Perfect for teens and adults; birthdays, date nights, classy hens nights, a workplace team building or corporate event.
This option will run like a paint and sip style workshop, guided and supported by me to create your art on 12 inch x 16 inch rectangle canvases, while you enjoy your fun drinks. There are options within this option… it can be tailored to suit your needs. From painting expressionist florals (my specialty within my own art), or linking to something that is relevant to your team or workplace; team collaboration, creating a visual representation of the foundation values and philosophy of your work place, etc.
